Anna, a Typical Teenager?

Anna, she is always on the phone, checking in with this person and that person. If the phone rings so does her voice with, "I'll get it."

"Of course you will," says anyone else who may happen to be home, not wishing to be bruised by making the mistake of reaching for the phone.

See, here is proof how typical she is,

she is on the phone. And what teenager doesn't spend her morning giving a lamb a sitz bath to decrust it's bottom of poo?

Dear Reader, don't you just love these glimpses into my stranger-than-anything-including-fiction life? Don't you feel special now?

Have a great day, evening, middle of the night, whichever applies.

Oh yes ! I do love seeing pictures of dear Anna , and the lambs. Anna is not only enthusiastic about the phone, but babies too ! Baby cats, puppies, lambs, mice, doves, chicks, ducklings, children, horses, cows, goats, ummmm....I know I left out a few babies.

I meant to also say, Anna is very, very kind and good with babies and little children seek her out and love to spend time with her. My own grandchildren love to be around me and in my lap, but when Miss Anna is around......she has their hearts!

How blessed you are with lovely Anna. From what Kathy wrote, Anna has that quiet, generous spirit that pets and children both adore. Guess what? It's 14 degrees here in GA today! Pretty cold for us.

I am thinking that the phone was created with teenage girls in mind. I have known of few teenage boys that enjoyed talking on the phone even a fraction of what the average girl does.

I'm caught up here L. What will it cost to have that phone surgically removed?
Washing sheep butts should keep her pretty well grounded.
I didn't get a piece of that cake but it looks good. All cake looks good.
The wheelbarrow/tomato stake post was good. Funny. I would have answered the same way.
I'm that way so much that when I called our friends wife (about 30 years ago)to tell here we were taking her husband to the hospital because he and my wife ran through a barbed wire fence with his snowmobile. (and ripped most of his nose off I might add) that she wouldn't believe me. "Oh right Cliff, what are you guys really doing?"

Anna is more thorough than I am with de-pooping a caked up hiney. I take warmed wet rags to the pens using the soak and peel method (with some sturdy plastic gloves) - DH has a dim view of using our bath tubs for soaking goat hineys. Anna seems quite normal to me - so she should be worried - 'cause I'm kind of the ring a ding on a bell shaped curve of normality!!

Now, I have to admit that this is EXACTLY the way my Krysti would spend a morning... yes it is! But OUR "I got it!" guy was always Mathew! I have to say life got much simpler when we all got our own cell phones!

Honestly, she sounds as about as typical as teenagers come. Got to love them.

Gosh, I see 'grown ups' with phones glued to their heads (with me behind them yelling "Hang up and Drive!!". Your daughter is a sweet girl to help out with the lamb. I have 3 dogs that need a lot of babying. ♥ ∞
