Snow, It Is So Cool

Lets see a hot day in July do that!
.
(Please don't get me wrong, I love hot days in July, I love the hay that they bring in and the beautiful flowers and healthful vegetables that they grow and ripen. I love the beautiful water that it beams on, so many things I can't begin to describe. My point is that the sun could never do this.)

I have been admiring the frosted look on the roofs of the buildings around here. I agree, snow is cool, and nature's art is impressive! Love the barn roof, just don't want to be standing under the eaves when the barn roof drops it's load!

Nice photo on top now for the title of your blog as well. Snow is heavy here and more is coming. We've had already over 50 inches, I thought I heard on the news yesterday. It is quite beautiful. I would miss the seasons if we lived in warm places.

That barn roof is quite interesting in its look. Looks like practically that the snow was painted or placed some artistic way on it. I guess it was.

Tom asked me the other night - " would Christmas still feel like Christmas to you if you spent it in a hot climate?" Nope.
Dontcha wish you had peek back in time 100 years ago to watch the activity that took place in your barn back then? The last picture of your barn with the lights on it reminded me of way back then when folks would trek out in the dark morning to milk the cows through a few feet of snow. They probably didn't have Christmas lights hanging from it then though! =)
